​Cost

This cost is based on the exchange rate at the time the tour is organized and open for registration.  If the exchange rate fluctuates significantly, there may be adjustments.  A less favorable exchange would necessitate a surcharge to be paid 60 days before the start of the tour.  A more favorable exchange rate may result in a refund 30 days after the tour.

Deposit:  10%

When you've decided to join this tour of a lifetime, just use the Contact Us link below and say: "I'm in!"  We'll send you an invoice via PayPal for the deposit.  You can pay through PayPal using any credit card, or you can send a check to the address on the invoice.  Note: The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind.

The cost of the tour can be split between two payments.

Refunds

Our cancellation policy is simple:  If you cancel 90 days or more before the start of the tour AND we can fill your spot with a full paid participant, you will get a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.  If we cannot fill your spot, or if you cancel with less than 90 days before the start of the tour, your refund will be determined by any unrecoverable expenses.
